You were not able to see this house from the street when we started! It was a full rehab that included a new washer line, electrical panel upgrade, windows, etc. We initially made a cash offer on this house for $185,000.00. Ultimately, we met at $200,000.00, but the sale was not able to happen due to the hard money lender not seeing value. At this point, we released the contract and completed the flip as the project manager for the owner.
